Order Fulfillment

​All orders will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. All electronic orders will be fulfilled as soon as the remaining balance from the invoice dispatched is paid off. All business card orders will receive a progress link where clients will be able to check their order’s progression - from printing to delivery. Please be advised, the turnaround dates for all orders require different time frames. Clients are responsible for reading the product detail information provided under all of the items listed under “Services”. Please see product details under each item in "Services". 

 

Refunds

All HViL GRFX clients must approve final design work before art files are sent for print production. Once the order is approved and submitted for production, the client cannot be refunded. In the event that any mistakes made are at fault of the designer, the designer will make the appropriate changes as needed. All clients are given the option of (3) rounds of edits before final approval, any edits made after the 3rd round will be subject to the additional charge of $10. 

 

Sale items

All sale items are final sale. Items cannot be refunded. HViL GRFX accepts USD only. 

 

Exchanges

HViL GRFX does not do exchanges. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. All merchandise is 100% authentic and handcrafted.

 

Shipping

HViL GRFX handles all shipment of materials. Clients can expect to receive a tracking number for any prints sent out via U.S. Mail. Clients also have the option of coordinating a pick up time with HViL GRFX. Digital files will be sent via Google Drive to the email address provided by the client.
